1. Emma tried out for cross country
2. Emma made the varsity (in the top 7 of 25)
3. Emma is our first Cowboy!
4. Emma's team has their first meet
5. Emma's team comes in 1st... "The Middle School Cross Country team started the season with great finishes for both the Girls and the Boys. The Girls team won (33 to Walnut Hill's 62)"
6. Emma is 10th overall (out of 200-some odd other varsity girl runners)
7. Emma gets a medal (only top 15 get medals)
8. Emma eats a Butterfinger yay!
